As a pilot project, this building was designed to serve as a combined real estate sales and community center for the Mountain Star development. However, another purpose of this project was to help suggest architectural design character which respects its mountain setting. For many years Ranch Central has served as a familiar and comfortable gathering place for home owners and guests at the gateway to this site sensitive development.
