Above the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Bachelor Gulch, twenty-three luxury penthouse residences were designed in a variety of plan configurations. Segerberg Mayhew & Associates Architects was responsible for designing and developing each unique unit type within the overall shell of the building. All finish, fixture, and equipment selections were coordinated through our Architectural Interiors Department.
