VAIL, COLORADO
This single family ski in and out residence is located at the base of Vail mountain. Employing the use of simple European mountain chalet style architecture, the house was designed and built by some of the valley's most skilled craftsmen. The interior millwork package was detailed entirely in Hawaiian koa wood which imparted a deep but lustrous appearance to interior spaces. Early 18th and 19th century antiques and accessories were casually arranged for comfortable apres ski enjoyment.
