VAIL, COLORADO
The Riverhouse is a wholly owned condominium building bordering Gore Creek in the heart of Vail Village. In refurbishing this project, balconies and dormers were articulated as attached armatures to the original building shell which gave a more three dimensional depth to the existing building form. The addition of stone veneer and columns at the base of the building anchored and strengthened the overall appearance. The final result created a building which blended more thoughtfully with the neighborhood.
