The Golden Peak Building was designed as a unique mixed-use mountain operation facility at the base of Vail Mountain. A combination of skier services, ski school, retail sales, and two gourmet restaurants are provided on the main level. The exclusive Passport Club was created as a part of the complex which provides on-mountain concierge skier services including a private below-grade parking garage for one hundred and sixty cars, valet services, as well as a full health facility. Six luxury condominiums were designed for the upper two levels of the building.
