beaver creek landing

Recently completed in the spring of 2007, Beaver Creek Landing is a mixed-use condominium development of fifty-two units at the west portal to the Beaver Creek Resort. The project is designed in two separate buildings that share an indoor amenities area with an outdoor pool and spa. A small commercial and skier services center will be accessed by a pedestrian plaza at the building's ground level. Each building will have below grade garage parking. The project will become a major transportation hub between two newly constructed lift terminals connecting Beaver Creek Mountain and the Town of Avon.
